The voltage of electric outlets in Mexico is 110 V. We can provide you with an American adapter; we don’t have European adapters though, we apologize in advance. However, to avoid any inconvenience we recommend you to bring your own converter.

We have a wide range of possibilities that will suit your every need. Our Front Desk can ask a taxi or a private van for your transportation. We also work together with the outstanding services of Thomas Moore, a Cancun agency offering private, group and shared transportation services.

Yes. Along the 28-km Cancun Hotel Zone Boulevard there are several bus stops. The bus trip is around 11 Mexican pesos, (1 USD dollar approximately) and will leave you at the beginning of Cancun downtown.

We are located at the 17.5 km of Cancun Hotel Zone. The Mayan Museum is about 1 km. from us. La Isla Shopping Village is about 5 km. And Cocobongo and the Nightclub area is 8 km. from the Hotel Zone. The Public Bus Route 1 or 2 can get you to all of these tourist points.

Mexican Pesos and American Dollars. If you have a different currency, we recommend you to get it changed at the Money Exchange Bank at the airport or at our Front Desk.

We apologize. We do not have available extra beds. Each condo-style suite is ample and comfortable enough to sleep all the members of your family or friends.
